All purchases made on DMOZZI are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to use the service due to user error or technical limitations.

  • Dissatisfaction with features provided, unless they are proven to be completely non-functional.

2. Exceptions

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
